Mews Productions was established in 1992, to cater for the needs of singers, songwriters and musicians. Our objective is to help produce, record and develop artists whether they can play an instrument or not. We use experienced professional musicians, programmers and engineers, and are able to offer you a recording of the highest standard. Our fully equipped recording studio is based in a multi-media complex in East London Walthamstow E17.

All first time clients who are interested in using our production services at our recording studios receive a free hour of studio time. Within this hour we will make a start on your song, to demonstrate what could be achieved in a full session. You are under no obligation to book the studio, but we are confident you will be pleased with the results. We also specialise in voice-overs and adverts for radio. We aim to provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to inspire your creativity. Mews Productions studio History Mews productions (formally C.P.P Music) started trading in January 1992. The company was set up by Nick Michaels and Phil Curran to provide a service for singers and songwriters, who may have lacked the necessary skills to secure a recording, publishing or management contract. Nick and Phil, both professional musicians, felt they could provide a service to help develop these artists, and to produce a product that could be taken seriously by the A+R departments. Phil left C.P.P music in January 2000, to concentrate on composing music for TV and live performances. This is when the company’s name changed to Mews Productions. Phil is still considered very much part of the team at Mews Productions, working at our recording studio as a freelance musician/producer programmer. Mews Productions are happy to offer their support and advice, to any clients who may be seeking help, with the business side of the music industry.
